Arthrogram
An Arthrogram is an x-ray study of the joints, usually performed in the
shoulder, knees, etc.
This exam is mainly done to see if you have tears or rips in the various
connective tissues that help make up a well working joint.

Bone densitometry examines the health of your bones by measuring the mineral
content of bone, and may detect osteoporosis even in its earliest stages

CT Coronary Angiogram
Doing a CT Coronary Angiography also gives additional information such as
stroke volume and ejection fraction, can identify pulmonary emboli and aortic
dissection. This single test can rule out the three main life-threatening
conditions that present with chest pain.

CT Dental scan
The CT Dental scan is a specially developed computerized reformatting program
that has been developed to obtain true cross-sections of the mandible (jaw) and
maxilla (upper mouth) from the easily obtained CT scans for patients being
considered for dental implant surgery in either the mandibular or maxillary
arches.

Intravenous Pyelogram
This test looks at the kidneys, ureters (tubes which transport urine from the
kidneys to the bladder) and bladder. It is typically ordered for people who
have known kidney stones or who are complaining of symptoms that are felt by
their physicians to be suspicious for kidney stones

Mammogram and Breast Ultrasound
Mammograms and Breast Ultrasounds are an effective way to detect malignancy and
pre-malignant cases in women. The combined cancer detection rate of mammography
and ultrasound of 85% is 10% higher than each modality individually

Musculoskeletal Ultrasound
Musculoskeletal ultrasound is used to investigate the soft tissue of the body.
This includes muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and nerves. It also has the
ability to interrogate bony surfaces and cartilaginous structures.

Myelogram
A Myelogram is an x-ray study of the spinal canal, which houses the various
nerves, which make up the spinal cord. A myelogram can be of the neck, lower
back or upper back.

Nerve Block
A nerve block is the induction of regional anesthesia by preventing sensory nerve
impulses from reaching the spine. It is accomplished by injecting a long acting
local anesthetic solution around the nerve.

Pelvic Ultrasound
The non-invasive test usually involves transabdominal and transvaginal
approach, which is done in a professional environment with minimal
inconvenience to the patient.

QCT Bonedensitometry
QCT-BMD Scanning is an up to date and very accurate method of measuring the
mineral content of bone and its highly predictive nature allows early detection
of osteoporosis where it first occurs
